Product Description
The new Formula Series from MB Quart demonstrates all the characteristics of classic MB Quart sound in a package that won't break the bank. This 6-1/2-inch component system features 300 Watts peak power handling, and includes a pair each of polypropylene cone woofers, titanium dome tweeters, and crossovers. For extra versatility, the tweeters can be attached to the woofers for coaxial installation.

6-1/2 Inch Woofer
The FSA216 woofer features a rugged stamped metal chassis, and the polypropylene cone makes for a lightweight, rigid speaker, allowing for smoother transition from low to upper midrange frequencies. Woven tinsel leads help the speaker take higher power.

The rubber surround helps provide powerful bass, and will withstand the harsh environment dished out by car audio.

3/4-inch Tweeter
These two-piece tweeters feature a titanium-coated dome, and both surface and flush mounts are included.

The tweeters can be mounted on the woofers for coaxial installation when replacing OEM speakers.

Crossover
The Formula crossover features a 12 dB/octave slope and 4000 Hz crossover frequency.

The small chassis makes installation a breeze.

Great speakers for the price

I put these in a honda accord, they are 40watts rms not 30 like they are listed. Mine are on 4 channel amp and the sound quality is great. I have listen to alot of high dollar audio speakers and this is a great bang for the buck. If you want the best sound you can out of these match them with a nice amp of similar out put power.
Great sound at a great price!

Cant beat these speakers for the price I paid, like $45 bucks a pair! Sound great in my crew cab sierra. If looking for quality brand at basement price. Here it is.........

had to do a little extra work to make them fit in my 03 wrx wagon but they go ;) sound real nice would be even better with an amp. also its a good idea to pair with a sub or two. i have an older JL w0 12 and love the sound. very clean.
4 the money better than OEM speakers

I have an xB and the stock stereo is OK. I didn't go for the upgrade. I put Polk 6.5 coax in the back and these MB Quarts in the front. I got both pairs of speakers for less than most component systems. As for the guy who complained about the German engineering, yes it says that, & yes they are made in China! Big woop! These are way better than the tissue paper speakers that come stock. As for audiophile quality, come on I put them in an xB! The sound improvement is great! I haven't had the MBs in for a long time yet, but so far I am very happy. One note they did not come with any adapter rings, so you may have to get some after market ones to be able to install them. That's why I only got them now, after the Polks.
Sounds good, but tweets are too harsh

These are great speakers with great sound, but I find the high's too high for me. I'm swapping out the tweets for silk dome tweeters.
